At Booksgrid.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver quality books in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to assist you.

This Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and replacements.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The book received is damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong book/title

  • The product is defective

  • Items are missing from your order

Return requests must be raised within 3–5 days from the date of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged books after delivery

  • Books returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or special discount items marked as non-returnable

  • Requests made after the return window has expired

Booksgrid.com reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@booksgrid.com

  2. Mention your Order ID

  3. Provide a clear description of the issue

  4. Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions.


4. Return Approval

Once your return request is approved:

  • You may be asked to ship the product back, or

  • We may arrange a pickup (depending on service availability)

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all packaging intact

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return.


5. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • COD refunds (if applicable) may be processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The book was damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

Replacement shipping may take 3–7 business days after approval.

If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


7. Damaged During Transit

If you receive a visibly damaged package:

  • Take clear photos before opening

  • Report the issue immediately

Delayed complaints regarding visible damage may not be accepted.


8. Cancellation vs Return

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; return policy will apply instead.


9. Our Rights

Booksgrid.com reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements

  • Modify this Return Policy without prior notice

  • Take action against misuse of return services
